150 ml broth

We peel the onion and garlic and slice them thinly. We pound the meat, salt it, and season it with spices.
We slice the peeled potatoes into about 1 cm thick slices, place them in a baking dish, salt them, and sprinkle with rosemary.
In a pan, we quickly fry the meat on both sides in a small amount of oil, then place it on top of the potatoes in the baking dish.
We add a layer of sliced onion and garlic on top of the meat, and finally add ratatouille or place washed and sliced vegetables on top.
We combine all the ingredients with the drippings from the pan and broth, cover it, and put it in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
We bake for approximately forty minutes, during which we occasionally baste the meat with the drippings and turn it once.
Finally, we uncover it a bit more and bake for another approximately 15 minutes.
