Ingredients (what you need)

1 kg pork chops (can also be neck, depending on how much you like lean meat)
1 dark beer
150 g bacon
4 tablespoons full-fat mustard
1 large onion
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 package of grilling spices
pepper
caraway seeds
oil
lard

Recipe steps

Cut the meat into small pieces, add grill seasoning, four tablespoons of mustard, pepper, and salt (if the grill seasoning already contains salt, then do not add more) and let it marinate in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.

In a pan, heat oil and lard, add chopped onion and bacon, and fry until golden. Then stir in the marinated meat and sauté again until the meat seizes on all sides. Next, pour in dark beer and simmer covered until the meat is tender, which takes about an hour. During this time, you can add broth as needed.

Once the meat is tender, take a cup of plain flour and slowly mix it with cold water. Gradually add the flour to the sauce until the desired consistency is reached. Simmer for another 10 minutes, and then you can serve.
