Ingredients (what you need)
500 g of pork shoulder (or leg, neck)
1 larger onion
a piece of bacon
0.5 teaspoon of plain flour
Marinade
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of marjoram
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
Recipe steps
Cut the meat into pieces and marinate it overnight.
The next day, gradually thread the meat, onion, and bacon onto skewers.
Place it in a roasting pan and bake for about an hour, occasionally basting with the drippings.
After baking, remove the dish from the roasting pan. Pour off the juices, sprinkle it with a bit of flour, and add some water to make a sauce. Let it simmer for a while.
Roasted potatoes go well as a side dish, but boiled potatoes, fries, or a vegetable salad are also suitable.
