We will prepare the marinade: slice the onion and garlic into rings and put them in a bowl. Then add ketchup, mustard, dressing, and approximately a pinch of cumin.

We prepare the marinade by slicing the onion and garlic into rings and placing them in a bowl. We add ketchup, mustard, dressing, approximately a pinch of caraway seeds, about a teaspoon of curry, and approximately a tablespoon of Provençal herbs. Everything is mixed well.
The marinated pork neck, which has been gently salted and peppered beforehand, is coated with the marinade and left to rest in the bowl overnight.
Meanwhile, we peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into cubes as desired. We then place them on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and put them in the oven to bake at a temperature of approximately 150°C until done.
While the potatoes are baking, we sprinkle them with grilling spices as needed and turn them regularly.
In a pan, we sauté the meat on both sides in oil along with the marinade and add about 4 teaspoons of honey.
