Pork shoulder stuffed with smoked cheese

The meat is gently pounded, salted, and sprinkled with paprika. On each piece of meat, we place a slice of Edam cheese, a slice of salami, and a ball of smoked cheese.
Ingredients (what you need)
3 slices of pork shoulder (can also use ham)
3 smoked cheeses – knots
3 capers
3 slices of Edam cheese
3 pieces of dried sausage from Vysočina
salt
ground paprika
3 teaspoons of coarse-grained mustard
1/2 cube of broth
oil
Recipe steps
Gently pound the meat, season with salt, and sprinkle with a bit of paprika.
Place a slice of Edam cheese, a slice of salami, a ball of smoked cheese, and capers on each piece of meat. Tie all sides like a pouch and secure with thread. Brush the entire bundle with a teaspoon of mustard.
Quickly sauté on all sides in a tablespoon of hot oil.
Then add hot water up to 2 centimeters high, stir in a crumbled piece of bouillon, cover, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Baste with the drippings regularly.
