6 slices of pork
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
2 eggs
plain flour
oil
2 onions
broth
Recipe steps
We tenderize the meat, season it with salt and pepper, then coat it in breadcrumbs, followed by egg, and finally in flour.
Quickly fry in hot oil.
Place the meat in a baking dish, layer it with onion rings, pour over broth, and bake for another 20 minutes in the oven.
Serve with potatoes.
