Pork chops in dark beer

Cut the meat into pieces, sprinkle it with grilling seasoning, add 4 tablespoons of mustard, pepper, and salt (if the grilling seasoning already contains salt,…).
Ingredients (what you need)
1 kg pork chops (shoulder can be used, depending on how much you like lean meat)
1 dark beer
150 g English bacon
4 tablespoons full-fat mustard
1 large onion
4 tablespoons smooth flour
1/2 packet of grilling spice
pepper
caraway seeds
oil
lard
Recipe steps
Cut the meat into cubes, add barbecue seasoning, four tablespoons of mustard, pepper, and salt (if the barbecue seasoning already contains salt, do not add salt). Let it marinate in the refrigerator, ideally overnight.
In a pan, heat oil and lard, add the chopped onion and bacon, and sauté them until golden brown. Then add the marinated mixture and sauté again until the meat is browned on all sides. Next, pour in dark beer and simmer the meat covered until tender, which takes about an hour. We can also add broth if needed.
Once the meat is tender, prepare smooth flour in a cup and slowly mix it with cold water. Gradually add the mixture to the sauce until the desired thickness is achieved. Then simmer for about 10 more minutes and it can be served.
