Pork slices on bacon thickened with cream

In oil, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the bacon and let it caramelize. Then add the slices of meat, which we only salt from the top, and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.

6-8 slices of pork meat lightly beaten
1 dl sunflower oil
3 medium onions finely chopped
60 g bacon cut into pieces
2 pinches of ground hot paprika
3 sprigs of Maggi herbs
1 cream 31%
flour for thickening (1-2 tbsp)
1 cube of broth
salt
pepper to taste
Recipe steps
In oil, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the bacon and let it become translucent as well. After that, add the slices of meat, season them from the top with salt, and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then turn the meat over and sauté for another 4 minutes.
Add water, paprika, herbs, and a bouillon cube, and cook until everything is soft.
In the cream, blend in the flour (be careful of lumps) and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
