1 smoked pork knuckle
1 large onion
Podravka (spice)
4 cloves of garlic

Recipe steps

In a pressure cooker, place the halved knuckle, chopped onion, one tablespoon of grilling spice, and crushed garlic to taste, and also add a bit of Podravka. Pour in 2 deciliters of water and cook until the meat is tender.

Then place it in a baking dish along with the sauce. Put it in the oven and bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes, so that the crust is nice and crispy.

Serve with bread, horseradish, mustard, and beer.
