Ingredients (what you need)
600 g pork leg
salt
pepper
oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
a jar of sterilized green beans
about 3 tablespoons of ketchup (preferably homemade)
2 cloves of garlic
a piece of fresh horseradish
Recipe steps
Cut the meat into thin slices, lightly pound it, season with salt and pepper, and then fry it in heated oil on both sides.
Remove the meat, which is almost tender, and add a tablespoon of butter to the drippings. Add flour and mix everything together. Then pour in a little water, add drained green beans, ketchup, and crushed garlic with a pinch of salt, and simmer briefly.
Return the meat to the sauce, cover, and let it simmer a little longer. Optionally, add a bit of water if necessary.
On the plates, sprinkle the dish with grated horseradish.
The most suitable side dish is rice or various forms of potatoes.
