Ingredients (what you need)
For a 16 cm mold
300 g dried dates
150 g cashew nuts
2 tablespoons of agave syrup (feel free to add more)
250 g thick coconut milk

I left the dates in cold water overnight to soften them.
The next day, I blended the cashews and the drained dates in a blender. I pressed the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, creating a border approximately 5 cm high to accommodate the filling. I diced 6-8 large strawberries and placed them at the bottom of the crust. I mixed coconut milk with agave syrup and spread it over the cake.
I let the cake set in the fridge for at least six hours. After removing it from the pan, I decorated it with sliced strawberries.
