Quick Apricot Microwave Cake

Do you have little time and want to quickly prepare a sweet cake? Try baking the base in the microwave – it's faster than in a regular oven.
Ingredients (what you need)
Pie pan diameter 28 cm
Dough
8 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
8 tablespoons powdered sugar (we can use less)
6 tablespoons milk
6 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
Others
6 pieces of very ripe apricots, including canned ones
2 packets of vanilla pudding
500 ml of water or juice from the compote
20 g of dark chocolate
granulated sugar to taste
cinnamon to taste
Recipe steps
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, then add the eggs, milk, and oil, and mix thoroughly. Next, pour the mixture into a cake pan, which can be silicone or glass (the glass pan needs to be greased and dusted with flour).
Place the pan in the microwave on maximum power for five minutes, then leave it in the microwave for another five minutes after it turns off. Allow the base to cool in the pan.
Cut the apricots into small pieces and pour 300 ml of water over them. Add sugar and cinnamon and cook until they break down. Dissolve the pudding in 200 ml of water and, while stirring constantly, pour it into the apricot mixture, which we simmer until it thickens.
Immediately pour the hot pudding over the cooled base and spread it evenly. Then let it cool, and grate chocolate on top.
