Ingredients (what you need)

200 g pumpkin
100 ml milk
100 g plain flour
4 tablespoons icing sugar
2 tablespoons oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
a little rum
1 baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Recipe steps

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes. Then cook it with cinnamon, drain, and puree it.

Into the warm mash, mix in milk, flour with baking powder, sugar, oil, two eggs, two yolks, and rum, and mix thoroughly.

Finally, add the beaten egg whites to the mixture and fry them on a pan immediately.

Serve the baked pancakes spread with jam or coated in sugar with cinnamon.
