Banana pancakes / pancakes

We mash the bananas with a fork in a deep plate into a creamy mixture, then add the eggs and mix thoroughly. We do not use flour and sugar. However, we can add…
Ingredients (what you need)
2 bananas
2 eggs
oil for frying (minimum amount)
non-stick pan
Further to taste
ground cinnamon
coconut
bananas
jam
powdered sugar
soft cottage cheese with sugar
Recipe steps
Mash the bananas with a fork into a puree in a deep plate, then stir in the eggs and mix well. Do not add flour or sugar, but you can add a bit of coconut or cinnamon for a change of flavor.
First, heat a non-stick pan, where you can add a few drops of oil, such as coconut oil. With a spoon, scoop the banana batter and place it in the pan in the shape of patties, which we fry on both sides until golden brown. Flip them only once when one side is well fried to make handling easier.
Frying pancakes can be more challenging because they are larger and the batter is tender and light. I have a recommendation to try it only if you have some experience with flipping pancakes without using a spatula and not to worry about making the pancakes wide across the whole pan.
Decorate according to our preferences, and we can use anything we usually put on traditional sweet pancakes.
