Ingredients (what you need)

1 piece apple
1 handful cranberry
1 teaspoon honey
1 piece orange
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Recipe steps

In a glass, crush the cranberries through a strainer and add a teaspoon of honey.

In a small pot, chop up the apple, add a pinch of ground cinnamon, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, squeeze the juice of an orange into the glass with the crushed cranberries, and again through a strainer, press the cooked, boiled apple.

This way, our fruity bomb is ready. We can put it in the fridge and drink it chilled in the summer, or right after cooking in the winter.
