Homemade almond liqueur

In a pot of water, we bring cans of condensed milk to a boil for 2 hours, during which the milk will caramelize. We do not pierce or open the cans. We cook on a very low flame. Then we let it cool down.

1 package almond pudding (vanilla pudding)
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
0.5 l rum
0.5 l semi-skimmed milk
to taste almond essence (vanilla essence)

Next, we will make pudding from a packet. If we use a flavor other than almond, we will also use the same type of essence. The pudding will cool while constantly stirring, and at that moment, we add the caramelized condensed milk, rum, and just a few drops of essence. We mix everything thoroughly with the help of a blender.
When we have mixed it, we pour the liqueur into bottles and store it in the refrigerator. It can be used not only as a drink but also in fruit salads or ice cream desserts. From this amount, we will make about 1.5 liters of liqueur.
