800 g potatoes
150 ml cream
200 g ham
100 g hard cheese
2 eggs
4 tablespoons chopped herbs (thyme, sage, basil... to taste)
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter

Recipe steps
We boil the potatoes with their skins on, let them cool slightly, then peel and mash them.
We add diced ham, 100 ml of cream, spices, and salt to the potatoes. Finally, we mix in grated cheese.
We place the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
We whisk the eggs with 50 ml of cream and herbs and pour it over the potatoes.
We top with breadcrumbs and pieces of butter.
We place it in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 20-30 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
