Ingredients (what you need)
1 cauliflower and from it 8 florets
2 eggs
100 g of grated hard cheese
a bit of all-purpose flour
breadcrumbs
nutmeg
oil
salt
Recipe steps
From the cauliflower, separate 8 florets; we will use the rest, the core, for the soup. Rinse the florets thoroughly with hot water and let them drain.
First, put the eggs in a bowl with a small amount of flour, whisk them well, then add a pinch of nutmeg, salt, and grated cheese, and mix everything thoroughly.
Sprinkle the dried florets with salt and dip them in cheese, then coat them in breadcrumbs. Place the breaded cauliflower into a deep pot with oil. When the oil is hot, add the cauliflower inside, cover it with a lid, and reduce the temperature to minimum so the cauliflower steams thoroughly while also frying.
Fry them for a longer time and continuously turn them during the process to ensure they fry evenly. Once they are done, remove the lid and sauté them for a while at high temperature.
