150 g broccoli
200 g potatoes
50 g green onions
red bell pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 tablespoon starch
150 g Eidam cheese

Recipe steps
We peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into small cubes. We cut the bell pepper into strips about 1 cm wide. We prepare the broccoli by removing the tough parts and chopping it finely, and we slice the green onions into rings. In a bowl, we whisk the sour cream with salt, pepper, oil, starch, and eggs. We add 100 g of coarsely grated cheese, chopped broccoli, onions, and potatoes. We grease a baking dish, pour in half of the mixture, place the strips of bell pepper on top, sprinkle with the remaining mixture, and top with 50 g of grated cheese. We cover with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 160°C, baking for about 40 minutes. Then we remove the foil and bake at 200°C until golden.
