3 larger potatoes
oil
salt
ground sweet paprika
For the sauce
5 tablespoons of creamy yogurt
chives

Recipe steps
Thoroughly wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into slices about 5 mm thick. Then, brush them with oil. Salt one half of the potatoes and sprinkle the other half with salt and ground paprika.
Place the seasoned potato slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 15 minutes.
In a bowl, add the yogurt, finely chopped chives, mix everything thoroughly, and salt to taste.
