Ingredients (what you need)
1 kg of broccoli (2 whole heads)
2 carrots
3 eggs
1 onion
1 large clove of garlic
breadcrumb (or cornmeal)
olive oil
salt
Recipe steps
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a small grater.
Divide the washed broccoli into florets and steam it until tender.
In a pan, sauté the onion in a little oil and then set it aside.
Chop the cooked and cooled broccoli into small pieces and mix it with the finely grated carrot.
Stir in the eggs, crushed garlic, and sautéed onion. Season with salt, mix, and if necessary, add either breadcrumbs or cornmeal to thicken the mixture.
Form small patties from the mixture by hand and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
