1 head of cabbage
4 potatoes

2 cloves of garlic - crushed
2 smaller onions - finely chopped
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Recipe steps
Thoroughly rinse the cabbage and cut it into thin strips. Then, place it in a deep pot, add water so that it covers about half of the cabbage. Next, add diced peeled potatoes, season with salt, sprinkle with caraway seeds, add coriander, and let it cook.
In oil, sauté finely chopped onion, stir in crushed garlic and flour, creating a smooth roux, which we then add to the well-cooked cabbage and potatoes while stirring constantly.
I served roasted chicken thighs wrapped in bacon.
