Ingredients (what you need)

1 zucchini
2 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
150-200 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of marjoram
1 teaspoon of salt
oil for frying

Recipe steps

Peel the zucchini (for older ones, remove the soft part with the seeds), grate it finely, sprinkle with a little salt, and let it sit for a while. Then, remove the resulting juice.

Now add the flour, eggs, pressed garlic, and the zucchini mixture, and mix everything thoroughly, preferably with your hands. Season with marjoram and mix again thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter in using a spoon.

Fry small patties on both sides until golden brown.
