Cabbage soup with potatoes

We peel and dice the potatoes. We unwrap the cabbage and, after washing the leaves, cut them into strips; to speed up the cooking time, we can blanch them. We peel the onion and chop it finely. We crush the peeled garlic and mix it with salt.
Ingredients (what you need)
1.2 l water
1 cube vegetable bouillon
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 pcs onions
4 tablespoons oil
300 g cabbage
3 pcs potatoes
parsley
to taste salt
crushed caraway seeds
2 - 3 cloves garlic
Recipe steps
In a pan, we lightly sauté the onion, sprinkle it with flour, and stir. After frying, we add water and toss in the potatoes. We simmer this for a while and then add cabbage, cumin, broth, and cook until tender.
When the soup is ready, we add garlic with salt and chopped parsley. We let it sit on the turned off still hot burner for a minute while stirring.
We serve it immediately.
