Baked potatoes with bacon and cheese

We thoroughly wash the potatoes and boil them with their skins on. Then we transfer them to a greased baking sheet and mash them using a ruffled masher. We season with herb salt.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 kg potatoes
oil for greasing the baking sheet
olive oil
herb salt
approximately 200 g of English bacon
200 g grated cheese (preferably Eidam)
Recipe steps
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins.
Transfer them to a greased baking sheet and mash them with a wavy masher. Season with herb salt or regular salt and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Drizzle with olive oil, ideally using a brush to lightly coat them.
Roast in the oven at about 200°C.
When they begin to turn pink, sprinkle with chopped bacon and grated cheese, and then quickly bake until the cheese turns golden. They can be served with a salad, such as cucumber, tomato, or lettuce.
