800 g raw potatoes
250 g plain flour
1 egg
250 g bryndza

150 g smoked bacon
1 bunch of curly parsley
salt
Recipe steps
Grate raw potatoes finely and mix them with flour, egg, and salt.
The dough should have a medium consistency (it shouldn't be liquid) so that it can be easily pressed through a sieve for dumplings.
Place the dumplings in boiling salted water and occasionally stir them gently. Once they float to the surface, they are done. Immediately drain them and mix with sour cream and crumbled bryndza.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it in a pan until golden. Serve the dumplings sprinkled with bacon and chopped curly parsley.
