Pork with mushrooms in one pot

In the pork slices with mushrooms, we can use frozen mushrooms that we collected in the summer. The onion added to the base will enrich the flavor.
Ingredients (what you need)
8 slices of pork meat
1 larger onion
2-3 tablespoons of oil
salt
200 ml of broth (as needed)
ground pepper
ground cumin
sweet paprika
mushrooms (champignons)
grilling spice
1 tablespoon of flour (or as needed)
Recipe steps
Gently pound the meat, add salt and pepper. Peel the onion, chop it into small pieces, and sauté in heated oil until golden.
Place the slices of meat on the onion and brown them on both sides to seal the meat. Add the mushrooms (they can be frozen or button mushrooms) and all the spices. Add broth.
Simmer or bake the meat in the oven for about 45 minutes until tender.
At the end, thicken the sauce with flour dissolved in water and let it simmer slowly. Adjust the consistency by adding broth, and if you need more sauce, use more flour.
