Ingredients (what you need)

350 g frozen peas
1 onion
150 g bacon
2 larger potatoes
2 tablespoons lard
1 liter vegetable broth
salt
ground pepper
garlic
mint
4 slices of toast bread

Recipe steps

In a spoonful of lard, fry 50 g of chopped bacon and onion. When the onion turns translucent, add peas and peeled diced potatoes.

Sauté everything together, then pour in the broth, add garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft.

Add three mint leaves and blend everything into a smooth cream.

In the remaining lard, sauté the bacon and toast bread, which will then be used as a decoration on the plate.
