500 g sauerkraut
2 pcs sausage
1 pc larger onion
2 pcs potatoes
2 l water
butter
all-purpose flour
8 pcs whole black peppercorns
sweet paprika
bay leaf

Recipe steps
Peel the potatoes and onions and dice them. Chop the cabbage.
Cook the potatoes separately with caraway seeds and the cabbage with bay leaves and pepper. Cook until tender.
Meanwhile, fry the diced sausage in butter. Add the onion, and finally, the flour with paprika to make a roux. Add the entire contents of the pot with the cabbage and the unstrained cooked potatoes. Let it cook for a moment, and the soup is ready.
