Recipe steps
The cleaned and washed chicken is placed in a pot and covered with approximately 3 liters of cold water. It is salted and simmered on very low heat for 2 hours.
After two hours, add the root vegetables (carrot, parsley, celery, squash), whole spices, allspice, and cleaned onion, and cook for another thirty minutes (depending on the condition of the vegetables).
At the end, add parsley; the soup should have a bright yellow color.
