Mushroom scramble

Do you have dried or frozen mushrooms and are you still collecting more? Prepare a fresh mix of mushrooms that smells pleasantly of the forest. You can find recipes at…
Ingredients (what you need)
mushrooms (preferably several kinds)
onion
lard (or oil)
garlic
ground caraway seeds
egg (1 egg per serving)
salt
Recipe steps
In lard, sauté the chopped onion, and once it begins to turn pink, add the mushrooms cut into pieces about 2x2 cm, which we have rinsed beforehand. If the mushrooms are too dry, we can lightly moisten them with water (about 1–3 tablespoons).
On a low heat, sauté the mushrooms under a lid for about 10 minutes, then salt them, sprinkle with caraway seeds, add crushed garlic to taste, and let it simmer for a while.
Then add the beaten and slightly salted eggs.
Stirring constantly, cook until the eggs thicken.
Serve with bread.
