Recipe steps
Soak the rolls in milk and then blend them with bacon and onion.
Add meat, eggs, garlic, marjoram, salt (carefully, as the chips are already salty), pepper, and spices. Mix everything well and add crushed chips, which we previously dabbled in the bag to keep some pieces. We can also thicken with a bit of breadcrumbs if needed.
Prepare the patties, coat them in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and then fry them in oil until golden brown.
