caraway seeds

marjoram
milk
bread roll

Recipe steps

Cut the bread into small pieces, soak it in milk for about 2 minutes, and then squeeze it well.

Chop the onion into small pieces and crush the garlic. Then mix everything with the meat, add an egg, salt, and spices.

From the prepared mixture, form oval patties and fry them in oil on both sides.
