250 g minced meat mix
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon mustard
a pinch of grilling spice
1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
1 smaller onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Rama Creamy 19%
potatoes with skins, well washed
oil spray
Recipe steps
Thoroughly mix the ground meat, spices, cream, and onion and shape into small sausages approximately 10 cm long.
Lightly grease the fryer basket with oil.
Thoroughly rinse the potatoes and cut them into slices approximately 4 mm thick.
Place the sausage-shaped ground meat into the frying basket, set the temperature to 180 degrees and the time to 18 minutes. About halfway through the time, without stopping the fryer, remove the basket and carefully turn the sausages. Then return the basket and continue frying.
Place the potato slices in the fryer, sprinkle them with salt, and lightly drizzle with oil. Fry them for 12 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. If they seem insufficiently browned, add a few more minutes.
Serve with onion, mustard, and vegetables of your choice.
