We mix all the ingredients as when preparing classic meatloaf, place them in a baking dish and bake, add a little water, and on top, I added two tablespoons of lard.

Ingredients (what you need)

Ground beef
onion (small)
6 cloves garlic
oregano
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 egg
a bit of breadcrumbs (for mixing)
frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

Recipe steps

All the ingredients are mixed thoroughly as when preparing classic meatloaf, placed in a baking dish, and baked. We add a little water, and I put two tablespoons of lard on top.
