Meatballs in Creamy Sauce

Finely ground meat is placed in a bowl, salt, pepper are added and mixed thoroughly. Then finely chopped onion, egg yolks, Solamyl, and finely grated... are added.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g minced meat
1 onion
3 boiled potatoes
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons of Solamyl
1 handful of breadcrumbs
150 ml whipping cream
pepper
oil
salt
Sauce
250 ml cream
1 tablespoon mustard
150 ml broth
2 teaspoons of Solamyl
salt (if needed)
Recipe steps
We place the minced meat in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and then mix thoroughly. We add finely chopped onion, egg yolks, cornstarch, grated cooked potatoes, breadcrumbs, and cream, and finally, we process everything by hand into a smooth mixture.
We grease a cake pan with oil and place the meatballs we have made (smaller ones are better) in it. We bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown, for approximately 40 minutes, and during the baking, we turn the meatballs halfway through.
Then we remove the balls from the baking dish and prepare the sauce on the stove. We add cream, cornstarch, mustard, and broth, mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth, then return the balls and simmer briefly.
