Ingredients (what you need)

500 g minced meat
1 piece onion
1 piece egg
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
to taste marjoram
ground black pepper
parsley
salt
ground cumin
as needed oil for frying
breadcrumbs

Recipe steps

We mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion, add eggs, pepper, caraway, marjoram, crushed garlic, parsley or chives, salt, onion, flour, and breadcrumbs as needed. We work it well. From the mixture, we form patties, which we coat in breadcrumbs. We fry the patties in heated fat on both sides until golden brown.

The fried patties are served with mashed potatoes, which we can sprinkle with chopped green onions.
