100 g cooked chickpeas
lemon verbena
2 teaspoons Solamyl
a handful of smaller cherry tomatoes
salt

oil for frying
Recipe steps
Ground meat is seasoned with salt and pepper, then mixed with Solamyl and lemon verbena.
We form small patties, place chickpeas on them, and wrap them up. In a pan, we heat oil and slowly fry the meatballs. Shortly before they are done, we add halved tomatoes and let them warm up.
As a side dish, I chose polenta enriched with butter.
