1/2 head of white cabbage
250 g ground meat
onion
3 cloves of garlic
mustard
salt

Recipe steps

We will separate the cabbage leaves and briefly boil them in hot water to soften, and then spread mustard on them.

We season the ground meat with salt and pepper, then mix in finely chopped onion and minced garlic.

We place the meat mixture on the cabbage, wrap it up, and top it with bacon. Then we bake it in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. We serve it with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
