Ćevapi

Ćevapčiči, small meatballs originating from Balkan cuisine, are very simple to prepare. You only need ground meat, the other ingredients you will likely find in your kitchen.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g ground meat
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 larger onion
ground black pepper
1 pinch of salt
hot paprika
marjoram
oil
Recipe steps
Peel the onion, finely chop it, and mix it with the meat.
Add the other ingredients to the mixture and carefully mix.
Thoroughly mix the mixture, shape it into a brick shape, and let it cool in the fridge for about an hour.
After cooling, cut the firm mixture into slices 2-3 cm thick, from which we form rolls.
Fry in a pan with a small amount of oil or grill, turning regularly.
Serve with onion, mustard, and potato or with bread.
