Ingredients (what you need)
3 larger peppers
500 g ground meat (pork + beef, or poultry minced meat)
3 onions
1 egg
marjoram
salt
pepper
1 cream
50 g bacon or lard
oil
ground paprika for sprinkling on the cream
Recipe steps
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, and fill them with minced meat that we have salted, peppered, and seasoned with marjoram. We also add one finely chopped onion and an egg.
In a pan, sauté the bacon cut into strips and two onions, then arrange the stuffed peppers on top, pour cream over them, and lightly sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Serve with potatoes and drizzle with the juices.
