Recipe steps
Grate the potatoes finely and salt them. In a bowl, combine the ground meat, add the eggs, tomato paste, and grated potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly and then add ground caraway, chopped parsley, and pressed garlic. Mix the dough well.
Grease a baking dish with oil and then transfer the meat mixture from the bowl into it. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes.
