Ingredients (what you need)
500 g minced meat
1 roll
a little milk
1 egg
1 small onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
1 package of soft cheese
breadcrumbs for coating
oil for frying
about 100 - 150 ml light beer
Recipe steps
We tear the roll into small pieces and soak it in milk. We let it soak for a while. Then we lightly squeeze it out and mix it with the meat. We add eggs, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to the meat. Finally, we stir in the cheese cut into small cubes. We mix everything thoroughly and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
First, we dampen our hands and shape the patties, which we then coat in breadcrumbs. We fry them in hot oil. Afterwards, we pour out most of the oil from the pan and add beer to the patties. We cover the pan and simmer on low heat for about 2-3 minutes, then we turn the patties and simmer them on the other side as well. Once most of the beer has evaporated, we are done.
