250 g of fresh poultry liver

Recipe steps
We mix the butter with the egg, salt, pepper, grated ginger, marjoram, and chopped liver. We thicken the mixture with breadcrumbs or flour and shape it into small dumplings.
We place them on a cutting board and let them dry a little before the soup begins to cook.
We coat them in chopped parsley and then add them to the boiling soup, stir, and cook for about 16 minutes.
When we cut one open, we check if the dumplings are already cooked.
