800 g cooked potatoes
1 large plain yogurt
celery stalks (to taste)
1 larger apple
3 sour cucumbers
2 boiled eggs
1 tablespoon full-fat mustard
salt
ground pepper

Recipe steps

The best way to prepare potatoes is to boil them with the skin on the day before. We let the white yogurt drain overnight in a cloth napkin.

We hard-boil the eggs. We peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, then we add the remaining ingredients, which we also cut into small pieces.

We add the drained yogurt, mustard, and season with salt and pepper to the mixture. We mix everything well and let it rest for a while.
