Fragile cabbage salad

We take the cleaned head of cabbage and chop it. We put it in a bowl, add salt, sugar, drizzle with olive oil, add vinegar and caraway seeds. We mix it well by hand and then let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour to let the cabbage soften.
