Ingredients (what you need)
250 g of fresh leaf spinach
5 eggs (hard-boiled)
10 leaves of wild garlic (or 3 cloves of regular garlic)
250 ml of plain yogurt (or sour cream)
salt
1 pinch of pepper
Recipe steps
Thoroughly wash the spinach leaves, remove the stems, and chop them into strips approximately 1 cm wide; do the same with the wild garlic.
Boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them.
Mix everything together with yogurt dressing.
Season the yogurt (or sour cream) with salt and pepper, and optionally add crushed garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly.
