Tomatoes are very healthy. We can consume them cold or cooked.

dressing 2 tablespoons oil - olive
1 teaspoon full-fat mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
a pinch pepper
a pinch salt
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 pcs kitchen onion
2 pcs large, nice tomatoes

Let’s make a simple tomato salad, it is very tasty.
At the market or in the store, we choose nice tomatoes, which we wash thoroughly at home and chop them finely.
We take a chopper and chop the onion a bit or cut it by hand. We mix both ingredients together.
In a bowl, we prepare the dressing. Finally, we add salt, pepper, and optionally season with sugar.
We pour the dressing over the tomatoes and onion and serve it as a light dinner with bread, or as a salad with the main course.
