1 package of pasta (fusilli)
fresh cucumber
onion
fresh bell pepper
salt

1 cup of plain yogurt (170 g)
Recipe steps
We cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in water in a pot. While it is cooking, we chop the vegetables into small pieces.
We drain the cooked pasta and place it in a large bowl (or we can leave it in the pot), add the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly, and adjust the taste as needed. Yogurt can be added to taste.
We place the mixed salad in a cool room or in the refrigerator to chill. We then serve it.
