300 g tomatoes
300 g fresh peppers
1 salad cucumber
100 g mayonnaise or 2 white yogurts
5 tablespoons oil
salt
lemon juice

Recipe steps

Cut the tomatoes into pieces, slice the peppers into thin strips, and either grate the cucumbers finely or slice them.

Thoroughly mix everything with mayonnaise or a dressing made of oil and yogurt, and add salt to taste.

Serve the salad with white bread well chilled as a standalone gourmet dish.
